If you order before 3 PM on a business day, we will ship your package the same day. Delivery in Belgium usually takes 1 to 2 business days, and in the Netherlands 2 to 3 business days. You will automatically receive a track & trace link once your package is on its way, so you can follow it closely.
Shipping to Belgium is free for orders over €X. Below that amount, we charge a flat fee of €X. For deliveries to the Netherlands, free shipping applies to orders over €X. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout — no surprises afterwards.
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return your order, as provided by Belgian distance selling law. Important: products must be unopened and in their original packaging — for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetics. Send us an email and we will provide you with all the information for a smooth return.
Every product on our site has a detailed description with suitable skin types, ingredients, and instructions for use. Still unsure? Email orders@arometica.be with your question or skin type, and we'll gladly help you make a choice. For specific skin problems (acne, rosacea, allergies), we always recommend consulting a dermatologist first.
